All prices are listed in Euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept payment through secure payment gateways. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that:

Orders and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, orders that have been processed for shipping cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for post-delivery options.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all EU countries. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Product Descriptions

Custom Tailoring

Custom tailoring services are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error in production. By providing measurements, you agree that they are accurate. We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biyaz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Biyaz harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
